"Will I receive my Clarisonic in time for the holidays?"

Our Customer Service department has been receiving emails and calls from customers requesting an update on the Clarisonic Mia and the Clarisonic Mia 2. Because of their tremendous popularity and a manufacture's production delay, we are temporarily sold out of the Mia and the Mia 2. Both of these products are currently available for pre-order and are expected to ship no later than Friday, December 16th. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product is delivered to our warehouse. If, for whatever reason, we are not able to ship pre-orders by Dec. 16th, we will offer a FREE upgrade to Xpresspost for delivery within 2-3 business days. If desired, customers can also choose to change their shipping method to FedEx Overnight delivery for $29.95 CDN (delivery within Canada).

• Please keep in mind that Christmas falls on a weekend this year. Our free shipping promotion/standard shipping guarantees delivery within 5 to 6 business days. Canada Post only delivers from Monday to Friday, and will not be delivering on Saturday, December 24th.   
• If you will be selecting standard shipping (Expedited Parcel) please place your orders by 2pm PST on December 15th to ensure delivery before Christmas.
• If you will be selecting Xpresspost shipping, please order by 2pm PST on December 20th to make sure your order arrives in time.
• Orders placed on or before December 22nd can select FedEx Overnight for next business day delivery. If your address is in a remote or rural area, please contact us prior to purchasing to make sure FedEx is able to deliver overnight to your address.
