Holiday Shipping & Delivery Times

Please keep in mind that delivery delays are more common during the holiday season; place your orders early to avoid disappointment. To ensure delivery before Christmas, we encourage customers who will be selecting Canada Post Expedited Parcel (standard shipping) as their shipping method to place their orders by 2:00pm PST on December 15th - especially if the order is being shipped to Ontario, Quebec or any eastern province. If you place your order after this date, we strongly recommend selecting Canada Post Xpresspost or FedEx Overnight to ensure delivery by Christmas.

Extended Holiday Returns

Gift purchases made between November 15th, 2011 and December 24th, 2011 can be returned through to January 15th, 2011. Please note that items must be unopened and in their original condition in order to be returned and that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
